Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy session information:

5 sessions are recommended and are scheduled once a week. Sometimes it takes less than 5 and sometimes it takes more than 5 to get the most benefits out of the hypnotherapy process. Everyone responds slightly differently to the process so 5 is an average for greatest long term results. Each session is about 2 hours in length.
